Special Projects

Our primary focus is residential construction but we have created and transformed several commercial projects. A run-down restaurant was brought back to life with a complete interior and exterior façade facelift to create a cozy, inviting, and family friendly breakfast spot. At another local restaurant, a back alley/parking area was transformed into a covered, outdoor patio eating area which doubled the size of the existing restaurant. The ability to enclose the patio during cold weather extends the use of the outdoor patio to year-round use.
