INTERIOR DESIGNER

We’re looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team and play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their style, needs, and budget
• Develop thoughtful, functional design concepts for custom homes, renovations, additions, kitchens, and baths
• Guide clients through selections for fixtures, paint, flooring, and furnishings
• Create mood boards, material selections, and detailed finish packages
• Produce drawings and/or collaborate with our architectural designer
• Work closely with our project managers and trades to ensure design accuracy and seamless execution
• Source fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, tile, flooring, and finishes
• Transform ideas into warm, welcoming spaces that families are proud to call home

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Interior Design or relevant experience
• Experience in residential construction or renovations (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry design, tile layouts, and space planning
• Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal people skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

EXPERIENCED FINISH CARPENTER

We are seeking a full-time, experienced custom residential Finish Carpenter to join our team. This position involves the installation of detailed trim work in high-quality custom homes, including windows, doors, baseboards, cabinetry, and other custom finish elements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in custom residential trim carpentry, cabinet installation, or similar finish work
• Strong understanding of general construction techniques, materials, and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately
• Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high level of precision and craftsmanship
• Physically able to perform hands-on work in varying environments, including lifting 50+ lbs
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier craftsmanship and maintain quality standards on every project
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and other team members
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times
• Report to work on time, prepared, and ready to contribute
• Assist proactively with material, supply, and tool planning
• Communicate material or supply needs to the Project Manager in a timely manner
