EXPERIENCED FINISH CARPENTER

(Custom Residential Homes ONLY)

We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled Finish Carpenter with proven experience in custom-built residential homes to join our team. This is not an entry-level or production-based position.  DO NOT APPLY if your experience is primarily in factory or assembly-line trim work (including RV/mobile home/trailer production). 

This position involves the installation of detailed trim work in high-quality custom homes, including windows, doors, baseboards, cabinetry, and other custom finish elements.

Minimum Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in custom residential trim carpentry, cabinet installation, or similar finish work

Strong understanding of general construction techniques, materials, and jobsite safety practices

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately

Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high level of precision and craftsmanship

Physically able to perform hands-on work in varying environments, including lifting 50+ lbs

Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier craftsmanship and maintain quality standards on every project

Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and other team members

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times

Report to work on time, prepared, and ready to contribute

Assist proactively with material, supply, and tool planning

Communicate material or supply needs to the Project Manager in a timely manner
